Originally going his Apprenticeship as a Fitter & Machinist with Chamberlain Tractors, Stephen progressed on to become a Design Draftsman for the next 25 years. He then worked his way up the ladder to work as a Project Manager for many mine site projects.
Stephen has one daughter and one Granddaughter and enjoys past times such as Pistol Shooting and Off Road Racing.

Starting his career as an Apprentice Mechanic at Ford, Steve Howe brings 35 years of Mechanic Experience to the business, predominantly in Major Trucks and Heavy Vehicles.
Steve is father to an older daughter and two young sons and enjoys spending his spare time with his family.

Although the youngest of the Directors, Michael brings several years of extensive truck and trailer tyre knowledge. Michael has worked on mine sites as well as around the Perth Metro Area as a mobile service technician. Michael enjoys going 4wding and camping in his spare time with his best mate Rex (the dog) by his side.
How did this happen?
Stephen met Steve in the 1980s when coaching Junior Pistol shooting, a friendship that would carry through over 30 years. Stephen met Michael 15 years ago when Michael lived over the road from Stephens parents and they shared a keen interest in Aviation, in which at this time Stephen had his Private Pilots License.
All three spent many weekends in Hyden at a friends farm, helping with farm work and becoming very familiar with the region as well as the local agriculture.
In 2016, despite edging closer to 65, Stephen refused to retire and decided it was time to buy a business and began the hunt for the right fit. In January 2017 he spotted Tyrepower Corrigin on the market, and put in his offer.
He bought on the two most Qualified mates he had, both very keen to start a new journey in a small country town.
In May 2017 the team officially took over and are looking forward to expanding the business together.
